Development Projects
Resort projects that contain density housing components are targets for ADI development and investment. This may include workforce housing, resort mixed use concepts, hotel-condominiums, fractional ownership properties or golf course properties with a residential infill. ADI will also joint venture or provide advisory services to strategic relationships. We will consider emerging market locations.
Joint Ventures and Structured Finance
In addition to ADI direct investment and development activities, the company will selectively place equity, provide mezzanine or gap financing, or joint venture in quality projects alongside other experienced and reputable investors / developers.
Core Markets
ADI targets Core and Core Plus assets in select markets, usually barrier-to-entry locations in major / sub markets for its institutional portfolio accounts. Key to the process of acquiring profitable core communities with solid economic fundamentals and appreciation potential is access to market intelligence, research into population and job growth, sensitivity to market dynamics and trends, and an understanding of the financing and physical aspects of a community or property. ADI will utilize its significant research capability and information channels to identify properties for acquisition in core markets with long term upside potential.
